Certified ScrumMaster Course + 2-day Project Start-up:
Your Goal: Pilot two new Agile/Scrum teams to assess results and obtain buy-in. You will get two or three teams well-started in Scrum. These teams will act as a pilot of Agile within your company, proving that Agile/Scrum will work within your company. Having this evidence will enable you to pursue a faster rollout of Agile/Scrum with less resistance to change, allowing your company to multiply the financial benefits. There are two instructors for this course.
Day 1 and 2 CSM: We will cover Scrum concepts, principles, the mechanics of Scrum (framework, roles, meetings, artifacts and flow) will be well understood on the first day of the course. Agile/Scrum Tool, including the creating Vision Statements, Release Plans, Story Writing, Estimation, Scrum Boards, Burn-downs, Velocity Graphs will be covered. A Lean Primer has been added to the contents of the course, and additional Q&A will be covered as driven by the attendees.
Days 3 & 4 Project Start-up: Working with your project data, we will lead the teams from Product Vision, through Release Planning and Sprint Planning, with the goal to get them from ground zero to up and running with at least 2 iterations worth of detailed work.
Enabling the Agile Transformation:
Your Goal: Transition a specific project's ability to deliver Business Value by developing high-performing teams and transforming the leadership. This will start your Agile transformation through several phases with specific goals and checkpoints. Agile Change Management is the focus of this coaching.
Agile Project Health Assessment:
Your Goal: Agile Project Diagnosis and Assessment to lead teams to higher productivity for teams which have plateaued. This begins with a Project Assessment, includes education of Business Value Engineering and periodic checks from Release Planning through Sprint Planning in a train-the-trainer model coaching to advance the teams to the next level.
